Prof. Truls NorbyTruls Norby (b. 1955) obtained his PhD 1986 in inorganic materials chemistry at University of Oslo. He became professor there 1995 and today heads the group for solid state electrochemistry. He works with defects and transport in oxides for fuel cells and gas separation membranes, with special interest in proton conduction and hydrogen defects in oxides.
